If you aren't delighted with your new case within 14 days of receiving your order, it can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange at the discretion of Geeky Penguin. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it was an error on our part.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as when you originally received it and include a copy of your invoice. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know there is an issue and we will provide additional instructions on how to proceed.
Upon receipt of the returned good(s) and after inspection, you will be notified as to the status of your claim.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed, you have up to 24 hours to change it. For all custom orders, production of your order starts 1 day after you've placed your order. If you have any concerns or questions about the process, please contact us at email@example.com.
